Ciryl Gane is a solid -330 favorite in UFC betting to defeat Derrick Lewis in the main event at UFC 265 on August 7 in Houston, a battle for the interim world heavyweight title belt. The original plan was for heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou to defend his title against Lewis. Ngannou allegedly refused the fight, preferring instead to contest the bout in September. Ngannou won the heavyweight title from Stipe Miocic in March.
