These days, Portland Meadows hosts a fall/winter meet that starts in late September and continues to early January. Racing is typically held on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, with a 12 PM post time. The track offers year-round simulcasting with the doors opening at 9 AM. In addition to live racing, Portland Meadows has wagering on historic horse racing, VLTs and a poker room.
