San Diego is a scoring juggernaut early

With a 2-2 record the San Diego Chargers and QB Philip Rivers are one of the higher scoring teams early in the 2013 NFL season. The Bolts have registered wins over Philadelphia and Dallas and have dropped decisions to the Houston and Tennessee – while averaging 27 points per game. Rivers is sporting a 73.9 completion percentage and a 118.8 QB rating – Peyton Manning is the only QB with better numbers. We are always a little weary of Rivers on the road.

Oakland Raiders: Set to protect their home turf

While Oakland has been surpassed as the worst team in the NFL, by the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Raiders are still very much a work in progress. After loses to Denver, Washington and Indianapolis, by a combined 82-52 final score, Oakland sits at 1-3 out of the gate. The only victory by the Silver & Black Crew was a 19-9 win over the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars at O.Co Coliseum back in Week 2 of the young NFL 2013 season. We see the Raiders gathering some stones here!
