Prior to that he ran second in his career debut behind the very highly rated Vekoma, just 1 3/4 lengths back in a very fast six-furlong time.

Six Shooter Is Live At A Price
Last out Six Shooter sat off a very quick early pace racing one mile on the dirt at Churchill Downs and then found his best stride in the lane, running down a strong favorite to win going away at odds of 13-1.
This time, Six Shooter is 8-1 in the ML odds, and offers good value in a field with lots of big long shots hoping to grab a piece of the prize money.
Second choice in the ML at odds of 3-1 is New York-bred Bankit, one of the few in the race with previous stakes experience. He in fact comes in off a win in the Sleepy Hollow Stakes at Belmont Park, his third consecutive stakes start and second in-the-money finish.
Dunph Could Be The Upsetter
In a race that offers lots of betting value, Dunph is worth a long look at 10-1 in the morning line.
After starting his career with two consecutive wins – the second by 7 3/4 lengths in a restricted stakes race – he stepped up to graded-stakes racing for the (G2) Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes where he caught a sloppy track and finished ninth.
If he likes the firmer footing at Remington on Sunday, he could pull the upset at very long odds.
The Springboard Mile goes Sunday, December 16 from Remington Park in Oklahoma City. It’s race #11 of 12 on the card, with an expected post time of 7:52 PM Eastern.
