On Tuesday night, Seattle clinched a spot in the postseason, but the fanbase is dreaming big. With all of that said, the underdog Mariners are our pick to win the 2025 World Series. Will they be able to get the job done?
It's been a year to remember for the club, with Cal Raleigh looking like one of the best sluggers out there. Raleigh is in the AL MVP hunt, though a lot of people are arguing that Aaron Judge should take home the honor. From our perspective, Raleigh should be the pick and his manager Dan Wilson is fully backing him right now and rightfully so.

As you might have been able to guess, the Phillies continue to be the World Series betting favorites. It's been a year to remember for the NL East powerhouse, and a first-round bye is going to be on the way for Philly. The team is of course led by Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber and others. Harper has one again been on a tear, but he's not letting the upcoming bye distract this team.
"I mean, it's worked for some teams, obviously, and there's other teams that have complained about it and things like that, but I don't think we're going to be one of those teams. We weren't last year," Harper said in a recent interview leading up to the MLB playoffs.
