Manchester United are the most successful side in Premier League history, with a record 13 titles during the league’s 24-year history. Having not won the title for three seasons, however, will United extend their longest drought, or will Jose Mourinho carry on where his friend and mentor Sir Alex Ferguson left off? Manchester United are the biggest club in the world and famous for playing at the 76,000 capacity Old Trafford, the largest stadium capacity in English club football.
It is in the hallowed ‘Theatre of Dreams’ that some of the most memorable moments in Premier League history have occurred, such as United winning their maiden Premier League title in 1993, 26 years after their previous victory in 1968.
The club’s history of coming back from adversity stems from the Munich Air Tragedy in 1958, in which the lives of many of Sir Matt Busby’s famous ‘Busby Babes’ were lost. Then-manager Busby was on the plane that crashed upon take-off, killing so many great young players such as Duncan Edwards. Sir Bobby Charlton, who still has the most Manchester United goals of all time, also survived that fateful day.
Since winning the 1992/93 title, United have become the dominant team of the Premier League, winning the league another twelve times. Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, David Beckham and Roy Keane formed the best midfield the Premier League has ever seen.
Since Sir Alex retired, United have just a solitary F.A. Cup win across three fairly dire seasons. But United may have at last found a worthy successor as Jose Mourinho takes the reigns. Can the Portuguese firebrand reignite the cauldron or will it be cold ashes along with the prawn sandwich brigade?

How To Win Man Utd Bets
Manchester United may be +500 to win the Premier League title, but before we even cover the chances of them winning, their squad problems could take a long time to sort out.
Jose Mourinho’s proven quality will be put to the test like never before in 2016/17 as an impatient fanbase, a demanding money-rich board and strong opposition stand between him and glory.
With a largely inexperienced defense, and a midfield who needs guile to support Mata, Herrer and Schneiderlin, United certainly need to improve in many areas of the pitch.
A largely youthful set-up should play into the hands of Jose Mourinho, who has regularly been able to bring out the best in players at their peak.
Overall, we don’t too many issues with the +500 odds of United winning the Premier League.
United will play a lot of games in the upcoming campaign so it will be interesting to see how their fringe players perform when the opportunity presents itself.
Playing 60+ games in a season which comes on the back of Euro 2016 will stretch any squad, no matter how financially prominent.
Our tip would be to back United to win and Martial or Ibrahimovic to score in penty of games next year, epsecially at home. Mourinho likes to build teams around one main striker, so Ibrahimovic should be there main man with Martial further developing his skills.
